The College operates a pay as you go cashless card system for all informal dining.
Students can top-up online by card using the uPay app or logging into
https://www.upay.co.uk/
Topping Up
- Browse to https://www.upay.co.uk/
- Login with your oxford single sign on credentials (usually of the format worc1234).
- Click the Top Up button.
- Choose Amount, by clicking on it.
- Click “Use New Payment Card”.
- Enter debit card details - Card number, Expiry Date and Security Code.
- Follow prompts to pay.
- You will receive an e-mail receipt.
- Transaction will appear on your bank statement as UPAY LTD.
Topup Types

Auto Top-Up

This feature will automatically top-up your account when you hit a pre-set minimum amount.
You can choose the amount your Auto Top-UP tops-up and the level at which the top-up is activated.

You will be emailed a reminder when you hit a minimum balance, with a direct link to top-up

Making Purchases
You will need your
University card (Bodleian card) to pay for your food and drink in the Hall.
Touch your card onto the reader when prompted by the till operator.
