It is a wireless network available throughout oxford colleges, departments and libraries as well in other universities throughout the UK and world.
To connect you need to register for a Remote Access Login at https://register.it.ox.ac.uk
Username will be of the format worcxxxx@OX.AC.UK where worcxxxx is your single sign in username.

This will show you how to configure various devices and operating systems for EDUROAM
Best approach is to either use the geteduroam app or the CAT Eduroam tool.
